The client had two newly built summerhouses and needed full electrical and heating installations to make both spaces comfortable and functional year-round.

I supplied and installed armoured cabling from the main house, fitted consumer units, lighting (indoor and sensor lights), multiple socket points including floor sockets, and external weatherproof sockets. I also installed electric panel heaters with thermostats and a small boiler to provide reliable heating. Everything was tested, certified, and finished to a high standard.
